If you don't like what you see or it just is not you, return your unworn purchase within 10 days for a refund! PLEASE NOTE (There is a 10% restocking fee deduct from your refund)Shipping rate is NON-REFUNDABLE "Customer Pays return shipping cost" Any Items returned with signs of wear or damage that may have occurred while in possession of the customer will prohibit your return. We can only accept returns that are in a resalable condition. The refund process of most returns takes 3 business days of receiving the returned merchandise to our warehouse. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation telling you about your refund credit back to you! We do not accept exchanges or offer store credit at this time. You will need to call customer service to get an authorization number in order to receive your refund.

In the event that you receive defective merchandise, please follow these steps. Report manufacturer defects or quality issues within 2 days after your items are delivered. Please contact our customer support by phone or email. Please contact us immediately if you have received an incorrect item in a shipment or items were delivered to you that you did not order. Items with a price of $10 or less are Final Sale. All Gift cards, Accessories, Swimwear, Beauty/Cosmetic, Halloween Costumes, Lingerie, and Intimates are Final Sale. All International / Canada orders are Final Sale. All refused shipments will be charged 30% restocking fee based on the purchase price of the rejected merchandise(s). Shipping fee is non-refundable. All undeliverable packages due to incorrect name or address or not present / failure to claim will result in a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fee is non-refundable. All final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
