Internet Customer Service Agent

Position Requirements

As part of a team, Wow the customer with exceptional customer service through excellent, friendly, and enthusiastic energy.

 Answer and respond to high volume of inbound calls and emails.

 Must have a flair for and strong interest in fashion.

 Research and respond to customer inquiries via telephone, mail or email.

 Ability to multi-task and work independently.



Part-Time/ Seasonal positions available

Mon-Fri 9am-5pm CST (4hr shifts/ hours will vary)

Must be open to working some Saturday Shifts.



Must have 1-2 years of phone experience in a call center environment. Computer savvy.

Intermediate proficiency of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, ect.)

Possess strong written, verbal, and communication skills
